Course Overview
Institute of the Motor Industry International Diploma (UK) is the brainchild of automotive employers for young people to fit squarely into the needs of the automotive industry. It identifies and tackles skills gaps and shortages in the industry. The course aims to get the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time.
Diploma students will complete a series of compulsory units, all designed to give them the required knowledge, skills and expertise that employers want. They will learn about the importance of engineering, materials, electronics system, maintenance and manufacturing.
IMI qualifications and accreditations are recognised by governments and education authorities around the world, shown by the fact that IMI courses are also offered at other approved overseas centres in Europe, the Middle East, China and South East Asia.
