Administrative Executive

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office and make sure all relevant records are up to date and processes work effectively.
  • Handle documentation such as the student’s application, result and certificates for the course.
  • Maintain a log sheet of all incoming documentation from students.
  • Support customer’s enquiries at reception.
  • Manage phone calls
  • To perform any other duties that may be required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level or any field.
  • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin-speaking will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field will be an advantage
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applicants.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Fast learner, highly motivated and customer orientated.
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Education Consultant

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Carry out marketing & sales activities of our automotive course offering.
  • Create new and develop existing business opportunities and increase market awareness of our automotive courses.
  • Cold calling and email blasting to secure appointments.
  • Explain automotive courses on offer to prospective students to help in course selection.
  • Participate in Education and School Fairs and Seminars.
  • School visitations to meet with school counsellors and prospective students to explain our automotive courses.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or O-Level certificates.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Good spoken and written skills in at least 2 of the following 3 languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Prior experience in Education Sales and/or track record in successfully recruiting students will be preferred.

Automotive Trainer

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • To deliver technical training on automotive repair and maintenance procedures, including both electrical and mechanical components.
  • Encourage a supportive learning environment, encouraging questions, experience sharing and utilising a variety of hands-on, and instructor-led training methods.
  • Work with the training department to create related programs to benefit the college and its students.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Automotive or related fields (degree preferred);
  • Able to speak, read and write in Bahasa Melayu and English;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Good people skills and able to interact with various personality types;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Strong integrity;
  • Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel;
  • Experience in the automotive field preferred (either in a service centre or classroom environment).
